Leagues with 4 teams: Capital Athletic League, Delta River League, Golden Empire League, Mother Lode League, Pioneer Valley League, Sierra Delta League, Sacramento Metro Athletic League, Tri-City Athletic League, and Trans Valley League. The NPAC only gets 2 teams.
