If I Was King of Sports. NCAA Division II NIT

Like last year, if I controlled sports, I would have the top 2 teams in each region that did not make the NCAA Division II tournament play in a 16-team tournament in Reno. The top-4 seeds would be protected, I would have the (1) play the (16). Since it would be in Reno, everything else would be the luck of the draw.
