I am posting this for two reasons. 1) Soccer is the most popular sport in the world (though this only has to do with Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto teams). 2) To show what the new model looks like. The qualification is the same (3 teams per league, with the exception of the smallest leagues. They have 2). The divisions are enrollment-based. Not league based. There are some exceptions to that rule and I will note them when I can.
