High school conference basketball tournaments

One of my coworkers presented me with the idea of conference basketball tournaments for the Sac-Joaquin section. Apparently they have them in other sections. In his model only the top 6 teams in each league would go. The third seed would play the sixth seed in each league while the fourth would play the fifth, with the top two teams receiving a bye. In the semifinals the lowest remaining seed would play the top team, and the second place team would play the highest remaining seed. For each league I selected where I thought the tournament should be played. Here are the leagues in alphabetical order (Note: I only did the 209 teams this year.)
